LABOR & BIRTH SUPPORT INCLUDES:

• Initial free consultation and a birth history assessment to better understand your current situation (45 minutes)  

• 2-3 prenatal visits and 1 postpartum visit 

• Unlimited email/text support during pregnancy, labor and postpartum

• Compiling and practicing your preferred comfort measures/techniques

• 1 month supply of Belly Birth Baby pregnancy tea-blend & healing soak

• Discussing your ideal birth experience

• Assistance with finding the right care provider and guidance on how to interview providers 

• Discussing and addressing any fears, concerns or anxiety (you or your partners) 

• Creating a soothing, safe, birthing space 

• Hydrating and feeding the birthing mother

• Encouraging words and affirmations 

• Advocating for you and your birth plan Nourishing meal brought to your postpartum visit 

• Childbirth Education Class

PAYMENT & PRICING

Our Labor & Birth Support package is $1,000 and all inclusive.

35% retainer is required upon booking - remainder due by 36 weeks.
